Our team partners with neighboring counties to get you into affordable housing as you transition out of military service. We can assist you in locating and applying for affordable housing units as well as help fill out applications and navigate eligibility requirements.

At OTS4Vets, we can provide legal aid and mediation services to resolve landlord-tenant disputes, financial counseling and budgeting help to maintain stable housing, and one-time grants to cover overdue rent or utilities if needed. Additionally, we provide workshops on your rights as a tenant or homeowner using the VA Loan to ensure you're informed.

Maybe you're a transitioning Veteran that is looking to move to a new forever home. We collaborate with property managers and realtors for long-term housing options, assist with title signing and move-in logistics, and we can provide support with credit repair or background check issues to secure approval. Additionally, we can assist with the application process for the VA SAH or SHA Grants.
